How to: Edit or Delete Providers

If you see a typo in a provider's name or need to change a provider's name or location, you can easily edit their provider record in DIANA. If a provider leaves your organization, you can also remove their provider record in DIANA. Read on to learn how. 

How to edit a provider

1. In DIANA under the "Settings" section, click "Providers".
2. Click the three dots next to the provider you want to edit and click "Modify".
3. Make your edits and click "Update" to save them.

How to delete a provider

1. In DIANA under the "Settings" section, click "Providers".
2. Select the three dots next to the provider you want to update and click "Delete".
3. Click "Yes" on the pop-up to confirm you would like to fully delete that provider.
