How to: Add a Provider
The Providers section in DIANA populates the dropdown for your organization's digital ticket (the online sign-up form used to register patients).
It is important to track provider engagement during recruitment. To be able to capture this valuable information, we recommend adding your providers to DIANA. This way, staff can select the relevant provider when signing a patient up for Babyscripts and patients can see their OB provider in their app under Profile > Care Teams.
How to add a provider
- In DIANA under the "Settings" section, click "Providers".
- Select the pink + icon to add a new provider, and complete all required fields in the pop-up.
- Click "Save".
