How to Add or Remove a Module in DIANA

It's easy to add or remove a module for a specific patient in DIANA. Read on to learn how!

How to add a module for a patient in DIANA

1. Open up the patient profile. (Here's how to find a specific patient.)

2. Under the "Patient Experience" section, you'll be able to see all available modules for the patient.

3. To add a module, simply click "Add" on the module you'd like to add.

Note: For some modules, you may need to select a myJourney Kit type before adding.

4. Once the module is added, the patient will be notified about the change in her experience.

Note: It is also possible to add a module by submitting a new digital ticket form for the patient. If you have questions about how to do this, please contact clientsupport@babyscripts.com.

How to remove a module for a patient in DIANA

3. On the module you'd like to remove, simply click the "Remove" button.

4. Once the module is removed, the patient will be notified about the change in her experience.
