How to: Search for a Patient Profile

Within DIANA, Group Managers and Patient Managers can access patient profiles to view or update information.

How to search for a patient's profile

1. In DIANA, locate the search bar at the top of the page.

2. Enter a piece of patient information to search for the patient. 

You can search for a patient by using their:

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• MRN
• Phone number

Tip: We recommend using phone number or MRN when possible, as these are more specific identifiers. Searching for last name "Smith", for example, may yield multiple results. 

3. Hit "enter" to search. DIANA will return a list of patients that meet your search criteria. 

4. Click on the patient you want to view - their profile will open up in a new tab.
